How can you make sure your apprenticeships reach those young people who them most? How can a more diverse workforce improve productivity and employee motivation? Ahead of the introduction of the new Apprenticeship Levy (April 2017) we would like to invite you to a breakfast briefing which will answer these, and many other questions about the world of apprenticeships.

When? Thursday 24 November from 8 – 9.30am

Where? Squire Patton Boggs, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH

We work with young care leavers in and around London who have faced severe hardships in their life yet are united by an eagerness to learn and progress into employment. However, care leavers can face barriers to apprenticeships which hinder their development into active and productive members of society.

Join us on 24 November to hear first-hand from a care leaver apprentice about her journey with Drive Forward, and hear our guest panel talk about why they work with us. Guest speakers include Caroline Noblet, a partner at law firm Squire Patton Boggs, who are offering a legal trailblazer apprenticeship to a care leaver, and the founders of Pod Talent Recruitment who will share valuable insights on the benefits of recruiting people from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Partnering with us to open up your apprenticeships to Drive Forward’s young people could not only change lives, but fuel social and economic development.

If you would like to attend this seminar, please email Ruby@driveforwardfoundation.com to book your place.
