She started her career in recruiting in New York City and eventually started her own firm with two partners focusing primarily on bilingual hires into the financial services industry. After moving to London, she and a friend were inspired to use their collective expertise and created a workshop that teaches candidates the “soft” skills of “how to look, dress and behave professionally” in an interview. She now teaches this workshop at Drive Forward on a regular basis.
